Solution Description – Tickets initiate and track work on an individual basis. Release events usually contain MULTIPLE tickets among other manual and automated steps that other teams are responsible for outside of the infrastructure.
Process Owner – Infrastructure and service desk teams.
StreamStep’s Integration – StreamStep gets and sets infrastructure change ticket status as the larger end-to-end release event is executed.
StreamStep templates can be used to capture a set of tickets that have to be created and followed up on for an end-end release and deployment process.
