Solution Description – These solutions allow customers to capture relatively static and known processes.   These models are executed by a process server on a repeated basis when called to perform the desired function.  These solutions require a quasi development process to produce a working “Business Process Model” that has to be debugged and managed like a development project.

Customers model the process which is being automated and the solutions are not very good in situations where the process is different between executions and has a high amount of variability. Release events are an example of such a process, and it is for this reason that the checklist is the solution of choice today.
